Discard four weeks after opening. Refrigerate after opening. Suggested Use: 0 - 1 month of age: 1/2 tsp. (2.5 ml). 1 - 6 months of age: 1 tsp. (5 ml). 7 - 12 months of age: 2 tsp. (10 ml).
