Description

Cookís California Champagne is produced at the Mission Bell Winery in Madera, California. Cookís began in 1859 when Isaac Cook created the first American champagne. Cook's wines have been continuing the tradition of being quality champagnes ever since. Crisp and complex, with light citrus and floral notes that mingle with slightly sweet pear and apple flavors for a balanced and harmonious Prosecco-style champagne.
