Description

Cookís California Champagne is produced at the Mission Bell Winery in Madera, California. Cookís began in 1859 when Isaac Cook created the first American champagne. Cook's wines have been continuing the tradition of being quality champagnes ever since. This spumante is sweet, with fruit flavors, and a long, smooth finish. The aromas of peach and lychee are balanced with a bouquet of toasty yeast notes and floral nuances. Cook's California Champagne sparkling wines are perfect for every celebration.
