Cooking Directions: Gas Grill (quick fix): 1. Preheat grill to approximately 350 degrees F. 2. Set to low heat. 3. Place chicken on grill skin side up, cook for approximately 30 minutes, flipping to ensure doneness. 4. Cook until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F as measured by a meat thermometer. 5. Remove from grill and serve over rice or vegetables. Oven (traditional technique): 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2. Place chicken into an ungreased baking pan skin side up. 3. Bake approximately 60 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F as measured by a meat thermometer. 4. Remove from oven and serve over rice or vegetables. Previously handled frozen for your protection. Refreeze or keep refrigerated.
