McCormick Garlic Butter Shrimp Scampi

Prep Time: 5 minutes. Cook Time: 10 minutes. Makes 6 servings. You Will Need: 1 pkg. McCormick Seasoning Mix. 1/4 Cup each olive oil and butter (1/2 stick)*. 1 lb. Large shrimp, peeled and deveined. 1 tbsp. Lemon juice or 2 tbsp. white wine (optional). 8 oz. Linguine or other pasta, cooked and drained. *Substitution: Use 1/2 cup olive oil or 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter instead of 1/4 cup each olive oil and butter. Directions: 1. Heat oil and butter in large skillet on medium heat until butter is melted. Add shrimp and Seasoning Mix; cook and stir 3 to 4 minutes or just until shrimp turn pink. Stir in lemon juice or wine, if desired. 2. Toss with cooked pasta to coat well. Serve with grated Parmesan cheese, if desired.
