You will need for 1 Pouch: 1 Cup Water or Milk 1. Heat oven to 425°F (or 400°F for nonstick pan). Place paper baking cups in 12 regular-size muffin cups, or grease bottoms of muffin cups. 2. Stir 1 pouch Muffin Mix and water or milk in medium bowl just until blended (batter may be lumpy). 3. Divide batter among muffin cups (about 1/4 cup each). Bake 13 to 18 minutes or until golden brown and tops spring back when touched. Cool 5 minutes; carefully remove from pan (if muffins are not in paper cups, run knife around sides before removing). Cool completely before storing. High Altitude (3500-6500 ft): No change. Betty's Tips TO REWARM, place 1 muffin on microwave-safe plate, microwave uncovered 15 to 20 seconds. TO MAKE STREUSEL, use 1/4 cup all-purpose flour, 1/4 cup packed brown sugar, 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon and 2 tablespoons firm butter. Mix with fork mix until crumbly. STIR IN, 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts.
