Niman Ranch Pulled Pork with Barbecue Sauce

Fully cooked heat & serve. Keep refrigerated - may be frozen. Preparation: Microwave: Remove paper sleeve from exterior of tray. Remove pouch from tray and cut a small slit in the top of the film. Place the pouch of pulled pork with sauce back into the microwaveable tray and loosely cover with lid. Microwave for 4 to 4-1/2 minutes on high to a temperature of 155 degrees F. Heating times may vary according to wattage. Remove from microwave and allow to sit for 1 minute - package will be hot. Pour contents of pouch in tray or serving dish, serve and enjoy! Stove top: fill a 2-quart pot 3/4 full with water. Bring to a boil. Place sealed pouch containing fully cooked pulled pork with sauce into the boiling water. Boil for 14 to 15-1/2 minutes to a temperature of 155 degrees F. Remove from boiling water and allow to sit for 1 minute. Pour contents of pouch in tray or serving dish, serve and enjoy! Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Remove meat and sauce from pouch and place in tray. Place tray on a lined baking sheet and place in oven. Cook for 20 to 28 minutes to an internal temperature of 155 degrees F. Remove from oven, serve and enjoy!
