Keep frozen. Cooking Instructions: Frying Instructions (Recommended): Heat oil in skillet or deep fryer to 325°F. Carefully place frozen empanada in oil and fry on each side for 2-4 minutes or until golden brown. Baking Instructions: Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove frozen empanadas from container. Place frozen empanadas on baking sheet with liner. If liner is not available, spray baking sheet with nonstick vegetable oil. Bake empanadas until crust is golden brown and firm to touch and internal temperature reaches 165 °F. Commercial Oven: 15-20 minutes. Household Oven: 20-25 minutes. Caution: Products will be extremely hot. Allow product to stand for 5 minutes before serving. Important: Do not microwave! For best results, do not thaw prior to cooking. Baking temperatures and times may vary due to differences in oven performance.
