Cooking Instructions: If frozen, thaw completely. Remove from package. For Oven: Place on a roasting pan. Roast in a preheated 425 degrees F oven for 23-34 minutes until internal temperature reaches 155 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer. Remove from oven and let the tenderloin stand for several minutes before slicing. Ovens vary. Adjust cooking time accordingly. For Grill: Preheat grill to medium heat. Grill tenderloin over direct, medium heat, turning once halfway through grilling. Grill for 23-34 minutes until internal temperature reaches 155 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer. Remove from grill and let the tenderloin stand for several minutes before slicing. Grill temperatures vary. Adjust cooking time accordingly. Keep refrigerated. May be frozen.
