Prep: (1) Prepare bread cubes. (2) Cut open bag. (3) Pour contents of bag into enameled cast iron pan or fondue pot. (4) Bring fondue to a boil on the stove while stirring continuously until smooth. (5) To serve, place pot or pan on fondue burner so that the cheese continues to cook evenly. Skewer bread cubes or other accompaniments with a fork and dip into fondue. Stir regularly so that fondue stays thick and smooth. Caution: When product is prepared, cheese, fondue, fondue pot or other heating source will be hot and may cause burns or other serious injury or damage to any body part or object it contacts. Do not microwave. Tips: Mac 'n Cheese: Fondue is a natural when it comes to comfort food, especially your favorite macaroni. For a thicker sauce, add one tablespoon of cornstarch or flour.
