All you need: 2 cups water. Makes 2 cups gravy: 1. In 2-quart saucepan, whisk gravy mix and water. 2. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently. Reduce heat to low and simmer uncovered, stirring occasionally, 1 minute. Beef dip sandwiches: Spread margarine on bread or crusty rolls, then toast. Top bread with sliced roast beef, then drizzle with prepared Au Jus. Serve with remaining hot Au Jus for dipping. Hearty onion soup: In 4-quart saucepan, melt 3 tablespoons margarine and cook 3 medium onions, thinly sliced over low heat, stirring occasionally, until golden. Stir in gravy mix and 3 cups water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer covered, stirring occasionally 15 minutes.
