Duraflame Gold is specially formulated to produce bigger, brighter flames than regular 3 hour firelogs, providing a premium fire experience. Fast Lighting: Lights fully in less than 5 minutes. Bigger brighter flames than regular 3 hr logs. Burns up to 3 hours (variations in fireplace and climatic conditions may alter duration of burn). Designed for use in indoor open-hearth fireplaces. May also be used in an outdoor fireplace or fire pit. For improved safety and home heating efficiency, CSIA recommends that all chimneys and vented appliances be inspected every year by a CSIA Certified Chimney Sweep. Do not use in airtight wood heating stoves. Read instructions on firelog wrapper before use. Store out of reach from children and pets. Not suitable for human or animal consumption. If your fireplace is functioning property, emissions of this fire log should be vented outdoors where they dissipate in the air. A property installed and maintained fireplace and chimney will substantially reduce the possibility of combustion by-products entering your home. If you suspect that your unit is not functioning property, a qualified contractor should be consulted.
