Microwave Oven (1100-Watts): 1. Remove tray from carton. Cut film to vent. 2. Cook on high. 3. Stir and re-cover. 4. Cook again on high. Let stand 1 to 2 minutes. Conventional Oven: Preheat 350 degrees F. Remove tray from carton. Cut film to vent. Place tray on baking sheet, center rack. Bake 30 minutes, stir & re-cover Bake again 8 minutes. Stir and enjoy! Cook thoroughly. For food safety & quality, follow these cooking instruction. Keep frozen until ready to use. Caution: Product will be hot. Use care when removing film as hot steam may escape.
