Servings: 16. 1 (15 oz) can S&W Organic Black Beans (drain, rinsed); 1 (15 oz ) can whole kernel corn (drained); 1 (14.5 oz) can petite diced tomatoes (drained); 1/2 cup sliced green onions; 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro; 2 tbsp lime juice; 2 tbsp olive oil; 1/2 tsp ground cumin. In large bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well. Add salt and pepper to taste. Great with tortilla chips, over salad greens or spooned into tacos.
