Cooking Instructions: 1. 1 tbsp Oil. 2. 8 oz. Meat or veggies. 3. 1/2 Cup water. Easy, quick and flavorful! Heat 1 tbsp of oil over medium heat. Add 1 cube and whisk until dissolved. Then add 8 oz of your favorite meat, veggies or plant based protein. Pour 1/2 cup of water and simmer until fully cooked. Storage Instructions: Store in a cool, dry place.
