Directions

Fully cooked. Heat and serve. Keep refrigerated. Serving directions: This Cure 81® ham is fully cooked and is delicious served cold. Simply remove ham from the wrapper, place on platter & serve. To heat: Remove ham from the package and place largest cut surface face down in a baking pan. Add 1/2 cup water to the pan. Cover pan securely with nonstick foil. Bake at 325 degrees F for 20 minutes per pound or until warmed through. Optimum serving temperature for ham is 135 degrees F - 140 degrees F.
