Directions

1. Remove the parsley, lemon, spice pack, and tomatoes from the container. 2. Slice tomatoes into 1/4" rounds. Add to a mixing bowl with the cauliflower, cucumbers, and contents of the spice pack. 3. Rough chop the parsley and add to the bowl. Add 3 tbsp of olive oil and salt & pepper to taste. 4. Cut the lemon in half and squeeze all of the juice into the bowl avoiding the seeds. Mix well. 5. Adjust salt and olive oil to taste. Let sit 5 minutes before eating. Keep refrigerated. Discard paper and absorbent pad.
