Drink 3 cups daily either before or after a meal. Steeping hot or iced tea is easy. Heat 6 ounces of fresh, filtered water to boiling. Pour the hot water over one tea bag and infuse for 5-7 minutes. Remove the tea bag and enjoy sip by sip. For iced tea, double the amount of tea used. Cool and serve over ice.
