Directions

Previously handled frozen for your protection refreeze or keep refrigerated. Cooking instructions: Cook brats until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Brats should be browned and no longer pink inside. For best results, microwave preparation is not recommended. For even better results, serve with a glass of cold, refreshing Yuengling Traditional Lager. Grill: Heat gas or charcoal grill to medium-low. Grill brats 15 to 20 minutes. Use tongs to turn frequently. Stovetop: Cook brats in nonstick coated skillet over medium-high heat for 10 to 15 minutes until well browned, turning frequently. Add 1/2 cup water to skillet; reduce heat, cover and simmer 10 to 15 minutes.
