Early Times continues or use the same process of distilling, using crystal clear Kentucky water, select grains, and a special yeast. Early Times is matured in oak barrels to give it special smoothness and flavor. For more than 140 years people have turned to Early Times for consistently high quality and smooth taste. Matured at least thirty-six months in reused cooperage.
