Keep Frozen. STOVE-TOP DIRECTIONS: 1. Heat 1 Tablespoon Olive or Vegetable Oil in 10-inch skillet over medium heat. Carefully add vegetables. 2. Cover; cook 9 to 11 minutes, stirring occasionally, until cauliflower is crisp-tender. MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS: Important: Do not microwave in bag. 1. Add vegetables to 1 1/2-quart round microwavable casserole dish. Do not add oil. 2. Cover; microwave on High according to chart, stirring halfway through cook time, until cauliflower is crisp-tender. CAUTION: HOT! Uncover carefully; stir well. FOR FOOD SAFETY AND QUALITY, FOLLOW THE COOKING DIRECTIONS. BEFORE EATING, COOK THOROUGHLY TO AT LEAST 160°F. KEEP FROZEN UNTIL READY TO COOK. REFRIGERATE LEFTOVERS.
