Tuscan herb dry rubbed chop cooking instructions Appliances vary. Cooking times approximate. Grill. 1 Remove outer packaging. 2 Spray grill grate before preheating with cooking spray. 3 Preheat grill to medium- high heat. 4 Place chop on preheated grill and cook for 4-6 minutes. 5 Turn chop over and cook for an additional 4-6 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145°F. 6 Remove chop from heat, let rest for 3 minutes and serve.
