Preparation: Follow these instructions for a rich hot cocoa, or add more mix for an even more decadent chocolate taste! Mix with hot milk. Top with whipped cream, if desired. Stove Top: 1. Heat 6 oz. of milk in a small pan. 2. Add 2 Tbsp of Ghirardelli hot cocoa mix and stir. 3. Heat, while stirring, until steaming. Do not boil. Microwave: Pour 6 oz. of milk into a mug or cup and heat on high for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes or until desired temperature. Remove from microwave and stir in 2 Tbsp of Ghirardelli hot cocoa mix. Ghirardelli Frozen Hot Cocoa: In a blender combine 2 cups of ice, 1/2 cup of Ghirardelli double chocolate hot cocoa mix, 2/3 cups of milk. Blend until smooth. Pour into mugs and garnish with whipped cream. Yield: 2 - 8 oz beverages. Mix with milk. Tear here.
