Shake gently before first use. 9.5 grams about 2 scoops Essential Amin.O. Energy. 10-12 fl oz cold water. 30 seconds mix until dissolved. Dial Up Your Energy & Aminos: 9.5 g (about 2 scoops) = One serving. Scoop: 1 x 2 (9.5 g); Mild energy level; 5 grams amino level; 100 mg caffeine level (Caffeine from tea leaf and/or coffee bean). Scoop: 1 x 4 (19 g); Moderate energy level; 10 grams amino level; 200 mg caffeine level (Caffeine from tea leaf and/or coffee bean).
