Urban Roots Roasting Kit Broccoli Cheddar Bites

Directions

Keep refrigerated. 1. Preheat oven to 450°F. 2. Generously spray a tray with non-stick cooking spray. 3. Put contents of spice packet, 1/4 c water, and 1 tbsp olive oil in a mixing bowl. Add a pinch of salt. Mix well and let sit for about 3 minutes to thicken slightly. 4. Toss the broccoli into the mix and coat well, making sure to reach all the nooks and crannies, and using up all of the marinade in the bowl. 5. Arrange the broccoli on the sheet tray, florets separated, stems down. 6. Cook the broccoli until deep golden brown and crispy - about 25 - 30 minutes, flipping halfway through. 7. Serve with cheddar dipping sauce and enjoy. Cooking times may vary.
