Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Keep refrigerated or frozen, thaw in refrigerator. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. How to Prepare: Thaw in refrigerator. Cooking Tips: Using a skillet or grill: Lightly coat with your favorite oil or organic sweet butter to prevent sticking to grill or pan. Cook 2 minutes per side using a medium-high heat. To Microwave: You may cook (frozen) patties in a microwave at high heat for 3-1/2 minutes. Patty Seasoning: We have gently seasoned our patties with sea salt, garlic, onion and turbinado sugar to enhance the delicious flavor of our organic chicken patties. Our Favorite Preparation: Chicken Patty Ala Fresh Fruit. Using olive oil or sweet butter to prevent sticking, cook to desired wellness and serve on a plate with gelled cranberry or accent with fresh berries of your choice. Try a slice of pineapple placed on top of a patty. They all are refreshing and make a tasty meal. Keep refrigerated or frozen.
