To brew this award-winning well balanced IPA, we add plenty of hops five different ways. Adding it five ways allows the "Essence of the Hop" to really shine through and give Hopitcal Illusion its signature resiny, citrus-burst punch. From aroma to first sip, this beer is sure to be one of your new favorites. Mosaic Session IPA. An homage to our storied history-a tale preserved on the original Tasting Room bar top that dates back to 1997-Mosaic Session IPA is a straw-colored, West Coast style showcasing serious aroma. It features Mosaic, Simcoe, Centennial, and Cascade hops that lend strong tropical fruit characteristics to a light body and dry finish. Our Session IPA has a complex India Pale Ale flavor without all the punch. RastafaRye Ale. This award winning ale made its first appearance at the 5th Annual Blue Point Cask Ales Festival. The people there liked it so much that we decided to keep brewing it year-round. RastafaRye Ale is a copper-colored hearty rye malt that's blended with the perfect amount of fresh West Coast hops. It's got just the right balance of rye to offset the hops' spicy, floral characteristics. Oatmeal Stout. We brew our Oatmeal Stout for the true lovers of darker brews. We use pale, crystal, chocolate and roasted malts with just the right amount of flaked oats to create this deeply malted and uncommonly silky stout.
