Keep bottle upright. Do not squeeze. Not for travel after opening. 1. Peel along perforation. 2. Temporarily lift off cap & spout. 3. Remove foil & green seal. Remove any residual clear film. 4. Replace cap & spout. Snap down to secure. Pour swiftly for best flow! Solution #2 is thicker than solution #1, different viscosity is normal. 1. Lift off top cap. 2. Pour to line, really pour it! 3. Rinse, gargle & spit out. 4. Replace cap. When pouring, ensure bottom of bottle is 6 inches higher than spout. Adults and children 12 years of age and older: vigorously swish 20 milliliters of rinse (pour to indicator line on cap) twice a day for 30 seconds and then spit out. Do not swallow.
