Directions

Keep frozen. Ovens may vary. Microwave Oven: Make a 1-inch slit in overwrap. Cook on high for 4 minutes. Let sit 1 minute. Serve. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove overwrap. Cover tray with foil and place on baking sheet. Bake for 50-55 minutes. Let sit 1 minute. Serve. Toaster Oven: Remove overwrap and tray. Place in toaster oven-safe dish. Follow conventional oven instructions.

Taste it and you'll love it! Responding to customer requests, our chefs have created a line of "Light in Sodium" entrees with all the flavor and goodness of our regular entrees, but containing 50% less sodium. Contains 190mg of sodium compared to 390mg in Amy's Regular Black Bean Vegetable Enchilada. Amy's kitchen does not use any peanuts, fish, shellfish or eggs.
