Seasoning: Brown ground meat and add 3 tbsp of seasoning per lb of meat. Marinade: Mix 3 tbsp of seasoning with 1/4 cup oil and 1/4 cup water. Marinate 1 lb meat for 1 to 2 hours before grilling. Rub: Mix 2 tbsp of seasoning with 2 tbsp of oil (olive or vegetable oil recommended). Coat 1 lb meat or regetables and refrigerate 30 min to 1 hour before cooking.
