10 Minutes prep time. 11-13 Minutes cook time. Makes about 24 cookies. Ingredients Needed: Foodstirs Organic Chocolate Chippy Cookie Mix. 1 egg. 6 tbsp unsalted butter, room temp. Tools you'll need: Cookie sheet. Wooden spoon. Mixing bowl. Measuring spoons. Baking Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 350° F. 2. Blend butter until smooth. Add egg and dry Organic Chocolate Chippy Cookie Mix and continue blending mixture until dough is formed. 3. Drop about 1 tbsp of dough onto parchment lined or ungreased cookie sheet, 2" apart. Do not flatten cookies. 4. Bake for 11-13 minutes, or until edges are golden brown. 5. Cool on cookie sheet for 5 minutes then transfer to wire rack to cool completely. Enjoy! Tip: For thicker cookies, cover and refrigerate dough 1 hour before baking.
