Directions
For food safety and best quality, cook to an internal temperature of 165°F. Stovetop Cooking: Place frozen vegetables in a saucepan and cover with water. Place on stovetop, cover and bring to a full boil over high heat. Reduce to medium heat and boil gently for 4-6 minutes or until desired tenderness, stirring occasionally. Drain, season to taste. Microwave Cooking: Place one cup of vegetables and 2 tablespoons water in microwave-safe dish. Cover and microwave on high 3-5 minutes or until desired tenderness, stirring once during heating. Drain, season to taste. Keep frozen until ready to use. Not ready to eat. For food safety, cook thoroughly to 165°F (internal temperature). Because microwaves and stove tops vary, adjusting cook times and heat settings may be required. Refrigerate leftovers. Store at 0°F or lower. Keep frozen.
