Prep time 20 minutes! makes 6 servings. 1. Preheat oven to 400°F. 2. Combine cornbread mix and 3/4 cup milk. 3. Mix until smooth. 4. Fill lightly greased 8" iron skillet, 8x8 baking pan or 6 muffin tins (filled 2/3 full). 5. Bake until done, about 20 minutes. Enjoy!. Makes 6 cornbread servings or 5 to 6 muffins.
