Mater winemaker: Adam Lazarre. The first vineyard in Paso Robles was planted in 1797 - blazing a new trail for the Western territory. Today we craft our bourbon barrel-aged wines wit that same pioneering spirit. A portion of our blend is aged in Blackletter Bourbon barrels, producing a rich, distinct cabernet sauvignon with complex notes of blackberry, coffee, nutmeg and caramel. Alc. 14.5% by vol. 29 Vinted and bottled by 1797, Santa Rosa, CA.
