Conventional Oven: 1. Preheat conventional oven to 425 degree F 2. Spread desired quantity of frozen patties evenly across an 11 in x 17 in baking sheet lined with aluminum foil or parchment paper. 3. Bake according to the chart below; turning potatoes over halfway through the baking time. 10 patties: 20-22 minutes; 5 patties: 16-18 minutes. Note: Appliances vary. Adjust cooking times as needed. Microwave Oven: Cook only one at a time 1. Place hash brown patty on a microwave safe dish. 2. Cook on high, 90 seconds. 3. Let stand in microwave 1 minute before serving. Handle carefully, patty will be hot! since microwave ovens vary in power, adjust your cooking time as needed. Note: microwave directions developed with 1 100-watt microwave ovens. For Food Safety: product must be cooked thoroughly before eating. Keep Frozen - do not thaw. Read and follow the cooking instructions as product must reach a minimum of 165 degree F (74 degree C) internal temperature as measured by a food thermometer in several spots. Keep frozen.
