Directions

For the pedometer to count accurately, please wear it vertically, about 6 inches left (or right) from the center line of your waist. Always consult your physician when starting a new exercise program. Instructions For Use: Clear Memory: Press the Reset button to clear the step number memory; otherwise the pedometer will count steps accumulatively to a maximum of 99999 steps and then return to 0. Change Mode of Display: Press the mode button to convert the display from step, mile, km, cal. Arrow indicates selection (note when step mode is selected, no arrow is shown). Default step is set to 24". Note: This unit is a precise electronic device, so use it according to the instruction for the best results. Battery Replacement: Please only open to change the battery (LR44 or equivalent). Unscrew back to remove battery. Change when LCD display dims.
