Sprinkle walkways and driveways evenly with 1/4-1/2 cup per square yard. Shovel off resulting slush. Thick accumulations of ice may require additional applications. For best results, first remove loose snow and slush. Useful hints: Apply at various intervals during longer snow and ice storms. Whenever possible, apply before snow or ice starts forming. Keep container tightly closed when not in use. Any clumps caused by moisture may be broken up and used effectively.

Notice: Any ice melter will increase the number of freeze-thaw cycles that may cause damage to concrete. Do not use on new or poor quality concrete, mortar joints, or flagstone. After application, promptly remove slush as it is formed.Keep out of reach of children.
