Directions

Marinating Instructions: Place food and marinade in a bowl or resealable plastic bag. Marinate under refridgeration as listed below. Flavor, moisten and tenderize. Use approximately 1/2-1 cup per pound of meat, poultry or seafood. Fish fillets, Stir-Fry, Small Cutlets - 1-2 hours Chops, Chicken Pieces, Steaks - 2-4 hours Roasts, Leg of Lamb - 8 hours / overnight. Refrigerate after opening. Use within 90 days after opening.
