To absorb leakage, place cotton side with shell design over the nipple inside the bra. The straight edge positioned down may help to anchor the pad in the bra. If desired, wear additional sets or use behind washable pads for added protection. For optimal breast health, all nursing pads should be changed frequently when damp. Tips: Leaking is normal during the early weeks/months while breastfeeding is being established. To relieve leaking due to fullness, try nursing or pumping more frequently. To help decrease milk flow, apply gentle pressure to the nipple.
