Directions: Do not thaw patties: Fry: Slightly oil a non-stick skillet, preheat on medium high, 1-2 minutes, place frozen patties green side down, cook for 3-4 minutes until green becomes goldish brown. Bake: Preheat oven to 450, place frozen patties green side down on lightly oiled oven tray for 7-8 minutes or until green becomes goldish brown. Enjoy a Falafel sandwich on pocket Pita bread, add sliced tomatoes and Tahini Sauce (sesame sauce). Keep frozen.
