Stove-Top Directions 1. HEAT water, butter and salt to boiling in saucepan. 2. REMOVE from heat. Stir in milk and potatoes. Let stand 2 minutes to complete cooking. Whip with fork or spoon. Refrigerate leftovers. Microwave Directions – Do not leave microwave unattended while cooking product. 1. MIX potatoes and salt in microwavable bowl. Stir in hot water, milk and butter. 2. COVER; microwave on High as directed in chart, stirring half-way through cook time. CAUTION: bowl will be HOT! 3. STIR; let stand 2 minutes to complete cooking. Whip with fork or spoon. Refrigerate leftovers.
