Directions

Cooking instructions: 1. In small saucepan over medium-high heat, bring 1 1/2 cups water to boil. Stir in 1 cup Goya® organic quinoa, 1 tbsp. Goya® olive oil and 1/2 tsp. salt. Return water to boil; cover pot. Reduce heat to medium low. 2. Cook, covered, until water is completely absorbed and quinoa is tender (white germ will separate from the seed), 14-18 minutes. Fluff with fork. Makes 2 1/2 cups.
