When I moved from Iceland to the US, I found the yogurts on the shelves in the US too sweet. I wanted yogurt with few ingredients and less sugar, so I started Siggi's dairy. Our products are based on Nordic dairy traditions. Filmjolk is the traditional drinkable yogurts in Sweden. We make all our yogurts with simple ingredients, so our filmjolk doesn't contain any of those dreadful artificial sweeteners, flavors, or colorings.
