Brush head is replaceable: To replace brush head: Pull head up, away from handle. Slide on new head with the bristles facing the front until you hear and feel the snap. Battery is included and replaceable: To replace battery twist to unscrew cap. Remove AAA battery from holder and replace with new AAA alkaline battery only! When replacing battery follow symbols for correct positioning. Operating instructions: 1. Press and release top button (+) to turn on. Press and release lower button (-) to turn off. 2. Gently glide bristles back and forth against the teeth/gum surfaces without pressing hard for about 2 minutes while brushing your teeth.
