Directions

Store in a dry & cool place. Basic cooking instructions: 1 Cup Roland® Jasmine Rice, rinsed. 1 3/4 Cup water. Servings: 4 Stove top: Bring water to a boil. Add rice and stir. Return to boil, lower heat and cover. Simmer for 15 minutes or until all the water has been absorbed. Remove from heat and allow to stand 5 minutes. Fluff with fork before serving. Microwave: Combine hot water and rice in a large microwaveable casserole dish. Cover and microwave on high for 5 minutes. Reduce setting to 50% power, microwave for 10 minutes. Let stand covered until the liquid is absorbed, about 5 minutes. Stir before serving. (Microwave ovens vary, adjust times as needed). Rice cooker: Use the directions that come with your rice cooker as extract amounts may differ. Optional: Add oil, butter or margarine to cooking water if desired.
