Microwave: ALWAYS FOLLOW HEATING INSTRUCTIONS. KEEP FROZEN UNTIL READY TO USE. Microwave Directions were developed using an 1100-watt microwave oven. Ovens vary; heat times may need to be adjusted. 1. Remove frittata(s) from wrapper. Place on a microwave-safe plate. 2. Microwave on HIGH as follows: 1100 watts: Heat Time 1 Frittata 50-60 seconds Heat Time 2 Frittatas 1 minute 40 seconds-1 minute 50 seconds 700 watts: Heat Time 1 Frittata 60-80 seconds Heat Time 2 Frittatas 2 minutes-2 minute 20 seconds 3. Let stand 1 minute, before serving. CAUTION: PRODUCT WILL BE HOT, ENJOY!
