You will need: 2 Eggs. 1/3 cup Melted butter or oil. 1/2 cup Milk, any kind. 1. Heat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 9" round pan (Or use paper liners for cupcakes). 2. Combine eggs, oil and milk. Add cake mix and blend until smooth. 3. Bake 28-30 minutes for layer cake, 17-21 minutes for cupcakes. Cake is done when toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Finishing touches: Frost with your favorite frosting or just enjoy with fresh strawberries or raspberries and a sprinkle of confectioners sugar.
