Keep refrigerated or refreeze. Cooking instructions: Conventional oven: 1. If frozen, defrost in refrigerator overnight. 2. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. 3. Remove from bag and place in shallow baking pan. 4. Bake 15-20 minutes. Grill: 1. If frozen, defrost in refrigerator overnight. 2. Over medium heat, place duck skin side down on rack and heat for 10 minutes. 3. Turn duck over and heat for an additional 5-10 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
