What You Need. 1 lb. Lean ground beef; chopped lettuce and tomatoes; Sour cream. 1. Brown meat in skillet; drain. Stir in seasoning mix and 3/4 cup water; stir. Bring to boil; simmer on medium-low heat 10 min., stirring occasionally. 2. Meanwhile, bake Taco Shells in oven on baking sheet at 300 degrees F for 3 to 5 min. or until warmed. Remove tortillas from wrapper; place on microwaveable plate. Cover with paper towel. Microwave on high 30 sec. Caution: Do not heat Taco Shells in toaster oven due to possible fire risk. 3. Spread each tortilla with 4 tsp. Veleeta cheese sauce; top with taco shell. Fold tortillas over shells; fill with meat, lettuce, tomatoes and sour cream. Makes 6 servings, 1 taco each. To warm Velveeta cheese sauce: empty cheese sauce into microwaveable bowl. Microwave on high 1 min. or until hot, stirring after 30 sec. Caution: Do not put Velveeta cheese sauce pouch in microwave. Tear across to open.
