You will need: 2 Eggs. 1/2 cup Melted butter or oil. 3/4 cup Milk, any kind. 1. Heat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease a 9" round pan (or use paper liners for cupcakes). 2. Combine eggs, oil and milk. Add cake mix and blend until smooth. 3. Bake 26-30 minutes for layer cake, 18-22 minutes for cupcakes. Cake is done when toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Makes about 10 cupcakes. Finishing touches: Frost with your favorite frosting or just enjoy with fresh strawberries or raspberries and a sprinkle of confectioners sugar.
